J'aime voyager!

This afternoon, my sister and I booked tickets to Paris for this coming Thursday. I am so excited. I'm like the only person in the world who has never been to France. This is actually Clara's third or fourth time. I mean, seriously, how has my younger sister traveled so much more extensively than me? She JUST came back like two weeks ago from UAE and Oman. She was in Switzerland and Germany last year. The last time I went anywhere, it was Spain and that was practically two years ago. (Granted, I suppose I have a pretty good reason why I haven't traveled lately...)

I haven't blogged in forever. I haven't been checking my friends' blogs. I have no idea what is happening with anyone since I'm at work until 8 or 9 or 10 almost every night. Since sweeps is almost over, I'll probably get out early now... like 8 or 9. Haha. But work isn't so bad. Being so busy keeps my mind off things.

I get a week off for Memorial Day. So excited. Clara and I are taking a red-eye on the 22nd and coming back on the 27th. It'll probably be one huge touristy chunk of cheese, but I don't care. I'm excited. I keep telling myself, "I could get hit by a bus tomorrow" to not feel guilty for splurging. I mean, last night, we were seriously considering driving to Boston (purely to visit our favorite restaurants), but you know... gas prices are so darn high.
