My teacher is really really ridiculously good-looking

So... what's the most polite way of asking, "Hey, I was wondering if I could take a picture of you in order to show my friends how hot you are?" I can't think of anything that doesn't come off as stalkerish, so any input would be appreciated.

Did I learn anything in class? Yes I did. I learned that in order to maximize the aesthetic appreciation of said teacher, I should probably not sit next to him (I was expecting an erudite grandpa... how was I supposed to know that he'd be really really ridiculously good-looking?) but rather sit across the room so that I could fully absorb his aura of beauty and intelligence without having to strain my neck.

Anyway, something made me really sad last night. My classmate and I were walking to the subway, and this girl with an Eastern European accent asked us to point her in the direction of TGIFriday's. The worst part? We were right in front of Dos Caminos (so yummy, albeit overpriced). We told her to go to Times Square, but I felt like I was doing her a grave disservice. Is TGIFriday's listed in guidebooks as great American cuisine or something? That's like when I met these two out-of-towners who had spent a ton of money shopping (out of all the places in the city) at Manhattan Mall.

:-(

That made me sad.

I don't like price discrepancies

Breakfast sandwiches at the McDonald's at 81st/Broadway cost $2.28. Breakfast sandwiches at the McDonald's at 71st/Amsterdam cost $2.80. That's a 52-cent difference. FOR GOING DOWN NINE BLOCKS! It took me awhile to realize this since it still costs less than three bucks, but it's a 23% increase!

Terrible.

(I don't eat McDonald's that regularly. But they're giving away free coffee until this weekend. I said "yay" but now say "nay"!)
